About Colibri Tattoo and Piercing Incorporation

We are a reputable tattoo studio seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to manage our daily operations. As a Tattoo Studio Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth functioning of our studio, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and that our staff is motivated and productive.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Management
    • Direct and control daily studio operations to ensure efficient use of resources and maximum client satisfaction.
    • Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
    • Plan and organize daily operations to meet business objectives.
  • Staff Management
    • Establish or implement policies and procedures for staff to ensure consistency and quality in our services.
    • Plan and control budget and inventory to ensure the studio's financial stability.
    • Manage contracts for advertising or marketing strategies to promote our studio and attract new clients.
    • Hire, train, and supervise staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent service.
  • Client Service
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Supervision
    • Supervise a team of 5-10 staff members to ensure they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
    • Work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Personal Suitability
    • Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, judgement, organized, reliability, and team player.
    Requirements
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
    Work Environment

35 hours per week, permanent position.
