Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Excellent oral and written communication, attention to detail, fast-paced environment, client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, judgement, organized, reliability, team player.
Work Conditions:
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 35 hours per week.
  • Work Term: Permanent.
