Tattoo Studio Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Tattoo Studio Manager to join our team at Colibri Tattoo and Piercing Incorporation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operations Management: Direct and control daily studio operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Staff Supervision: Hire, train, and supervise a team of 5-10 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Financial Management: Plan and control budget and inventory, as well as manage contracts for advertising or marketing strategies.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
