About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Building Maintenance Specialist to join our team at CCBS MAINTENANCE LTD. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors to maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Dust furniture and other surfaces to prevent dust buildup
  • Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture to maintain a clean and tidy appearance
  • Disinfect operating rooms and other areas to maintain a healthy environment
  • Clean and disinfect elevators to ensure safe and clean access
  • Pick up debris and empty trash containers to maintain a clean and organized environment
  • Wash windows, walls and ceilings to maintain a clean and tidy appearance
Requirements
  • Experience an asset in a similar role
  • Support for newcomers and refugees is a key aspect of our company culture
  • Supports newcomers and/or refugees with foreign credential recognition to ensure a smooth transition
  • Offers mentorship programs to pair newcomers and/or refugees with experienced employees
  • Provides diversity and cross-cultural trainings to create a welcoming work environment
