About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Building Maintenance Assistant to join our team at CCBS MAINTENANCE LTD. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our employees and visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture, and clean and disinfect elevators.
  • Debris and Waste Management: Pick up debris and empty trash containers.
  • Specialized Cleaning: Disinfect operating rooms and other areas, and wash windows, walls and ceilings.
