Job Opportunity at Mr. Lawnmower Landscaping Services Ltd.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Landscape Construction Crew Foreman/Manager to join our team at Mr. Lawnmower Landscaping Services Ltd.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in horticulture and landscape construction, with experience in leading teams and managing projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities will include:

  1. Reading and interpreting blueprints and specifications for projects.
  2. Completing daily job site journals and work orders.
  3. Conducting weekly toolbox meetings with crew members.
  4. Maintaining and cleaning company vehicles and equipment.
  5. Operating various pieces of equipment, including lawn mowers and other horticultural tools.
  6. Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  7. Providing excellent customer service and ensuring high-quality workmanship.

Requirements include:

  1. High school diploma or equivalent.
  2. CLT/CLP or two-year technical college certificate in horticulture an asset.
  3. Valid first aid certificate an asset.
  4. WHMIS training an asset.
  5. 2-4 years of experience in landscape construction and horticulture.
