Receptionist Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and well-spoken Receptionist to join our team at CB Canada. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing a welcoming environment and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Employ strong prioritization skills and a sense of urgency to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities
  • Create a positive and professional atmosphere for visitors and clients
  • Arrange, review, and distribute incoming mail according to specified procedures
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date office files and provide general office filing support
  • Support other administrative staff with overflow work, including word processing, data entry, and Internet research tasks
  • Oversee and answer all incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Submit orders for office and kitchen supplies as needed
  • Schedule meetings and appointments with clients and staff
Requirements:
  • At least one year of experience in Administration
  • Excellent phone etiquette and ability to establish rapport with diverse clientele
  • Experience scheduling meetings or appointments
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills
  • Confident, quick-witted, resourceful, solution-oriented, and tech-savvy
  • Excellent written, verbal, and social communication skills
