**Key Responsibilities**

  • Build strong relationships with current and potential members to identify their financial needs and provide personalized solutions.
  • Process a full range of complex member transactions, including personal loans, retail mortgages, and investment products.

**Requirements**

  • College or Tech School Diploma (2 years) in a related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Mutual Funds License required.
  • Ability to identify needs and recommend products and services to members.
  • Self-starter with ability to work independently and solve problems using common sense and sound judgment.
  • Proven ability to plan, organize, and prioritize workload.
  • Proficient in computer software, including Microsoft Office and banking software programs.
