Associate Role at IG Wealth Management

As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional support to our Senior Financial Advisors and their clients, delivering a comprehensive range of financial products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather and input client data into financial planning software, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Prepare engaging presentations for client meetings, showcasing our expertise and services.
  • Update and monitor client plans, adapting to changing circumstances and priorities.
  • Identify opportunities to deepen client relationships, exploring insurance, banking, and other relevant services.
  • Assist in preparing prospect or client files, ensuring a seamless meeting experience.
  • Collaborate with Senior Financial Consultants to deliver exceptional client experiences.
  • Process new business, completing and submitting applications with precision.
  • Contribute to formulating recommendations for clients, leveraging your expertise and knowledge.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to serve current clients, driving growth and satisfaction.
  • Track and complete active tasks and projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
Requirements:
  • Business Administration Diploma or equivalent degree in a relevant business discipline.
  • Mutual Fund or Securities (RR) license and LLQP certification (or willingness to obtain).
  • Experience in financial planning and using financial planning software.
  • Strong computer skills in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Customer service orientation, with a demonstrated ability to interact professionally with clients.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with adaptability to changing priorities.
