About the RoleThis is a unique opportunity for students to gain valuable work experience in research and development, while contributing to the growth and development of Indigenous communities. You will work closely with our team of researchers and experts to design and implement projects that address the critical issues facing Indigenous communities.
Responsibilities- Conduct research and analysis on Indigenous issues and develop recommendations for project implementation
- Collaborate with team members to design and implement projects that align with our research goals
- Develop and maintain relationships with Indigenous communities and stakeholders
- Contribute to the development of project reports and publications
To be eligible for this role, you must:
- Self-declare as an Indigenous person (First Nations, Métis, or Inuit)
- Be enrolled in a recognized educational institution and returning to full-time studies in the next semester
- Have obtained a High School diploma (or grade 12 equivalent)
We offer a competitive salary of $600 to $1299 per week, determined based on the number of academic semesters you have completed. You will also have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects that align with your interests and career goals.
