Job Title: Ready-Mix Driver

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Ready-Mix Driver to join our team at A & G Construction.

Job Summary:

The Ready-Mix Driver will be responsible for operating a ready-mix truck to transport concrete to construction sites. The ideal candidate will have a valid driver's license, excellent navigation skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate a ready-mix truck to transport concrete to construction sites
  • Plan and adjust routes based on changing conditions to minimize fuel consumption and carbon emissions
  • Load and unload goods safely and efficiently
  • Perform pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle is in good working condition
  • Oversee all aspects of vehicle maintenance and repair
Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license (Class 1 or A)
  • Excellent navigation skills and ability to work independently
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
