About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Ready-Mix Driver to join our team at A & G Construction. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for transporting ready-mix concrete to construction sites in a safe and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a ready-mix truck to transport concrete to construction sites, ensuring timely delivery and minimal delays.
  • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle is in good working condition.
  • Load and unload concrete from the truck, taking care to minimize spills and waste.
  • Collaborate with our construction teams to ensure smooth delivery of materials and meet project deadlines.
  • Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including time, location, and quantity of concrete transported.
Requirements
  • Valid Class 1 or A Driver's License.
  • Experience operating heavy equipment, such as ready-mix trucks.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Physical stamina to lift and move heavy objects, as needed.
