Job Title: Regional Sales Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Sales Director to join our team at CellChem Pharmaceuticals Inc.

Job Summary:

The Regional Sales Director will be responsible for leading our sales team in building relationships with business clients and managing negotiations of sales contracts. This role will also involve determining strategic planning related to new product lines, establishing organizational policies and procedures in relation to sales, and organizing regional and divisional sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Determine strategic planning related to new product lines
  • Establish organizational policies and procedures in relation to sales
  • Lead sales team in building relationships with business clients and manage negotiations of sales contracts
  • Organize regional and divisional sales operations
  • Plan, direct and evaluate the activities of sales departments in commercial, industrial, wholesale and retail and other establishments
  • Recruit, organize, train and manage staff
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience
  • More than 20 people in supervision
  • Staff in various areas of responsibility
  • Regional transportation/travel experience
  • Willing to travel cross-border and regularly
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Efficient interpersonal skills
  • Initiative and organized
  • Team player
Work Environment:

This role will be based in a pharmaceutical or nutrition sales company environment.
