Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage financial operations, including monthly closing of accounts, preparation of financial statements, and cash flow management.
  • Oversee annual audits, prepare files for external auditors, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Train and supervise accounting teams, develop financial procedures, and support the deployment of the Workday project.
  • Collaborate with operational teams to develop financial strategies and optimize hotel performance.
  • Track capital expenditures, prepare detailed reports, and ensure efficient allocation of funds.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in a senior accounting position, preferably in the hotel or restaurant industry.
  • University training in accounting, administration, or hospitality is an asset.
  • Strong math, numbers, and analytical skills, with in-depth knowledge of Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills in French and English, both oral and written.
  • Sense of initiative, curiosity, discretion, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
