Opportunity Overview
We are seeking a Senior Health Business Leader to lead the launch of our new Consumer Health brand and business in Canada. This is an exciting opportunity to drive growth and revenue for our company while making a positive impact on people's health and wellbeing.
About the Role
The Senior Health Business Leader will be responsible for developing and executing a go-to-market strategy for our Consumer Health category in Canada. You will have P&L responsibility and oversee all commercial functions, including sales, marketing, and distribution partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy Development: Develop a comprehensive marketing and sales strategy for Canada, including online and offline channels. Set performance metrics and monitor progress.
- Channel Strategy: Define and develop a multi-channel route to market strategy, considering target customer segments, market trends, and commercial goals.
- Distribution Partnerships: Establish and negotiate with key distribution partners, including third-party logistics providers, wholesalers, and retail networks.
- Sales Performance: Set strategic direction for all commercial touchpoints and set metrics to analyze, develop, and execute growth programs, insights, and opportunities.
- Commercial Budget Management: Manage the commercial budget to ensure cost-effective strategies that deliver ROI.
- Omnichannel Customer Experience: Oversee the development and execution of an Omnichannel customer experience ecosystem to ensure an integrated experience and brand building.
- Market Monitoring: Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and consumer feedback to inform pricing strategy, promotional activity, and innovation requirements.
About You
- Significant direct experience in the Dietary Supplement market
- Sales & Marketing experience at (Sr.) Director level with P&L responsibility
- Direct experience in Canada for Dietary supplement products, other market exposure is an advantage
- Solid experience in commercializing Consumer Health through E-comm, understands well the Canadian e-comm ecosystem
- Experience in building and leading a commercial team and setting up a business infrastructure
- Experience in successful launch of new products and ideally of new brands
