We are seeking an experienced Senior Clinical Quality and Safety Leader to join our team.

About the Role:

  • This is a senior leadership position responsible for leading a transformational program of quality planning and improvement to create a patient- and client-centred, strategic approach to quality and continuous quality improvement.
  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of implementing creative clinical quality and safety initiatives to improve health services delivery and population health.
  • They will possess exceptional analytical and critical reasoning skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • A strong background in developing, implementing, and evaluating service delivery systems, including acute, community, and primary care, is essential.

About You:

  • You will have a level of education, training, and experience equivalent to a medical degree, including Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Nurse Practitioner (NP, DNP), and licensure/registration with the applicable Provincial regulatory body.
  • A master's level preparation in Health, Business Administration, or a related health discipline is preferred.
  • Experience in leading major service integration and change, as well as building innovative, sustainable, quality services to support organizational strategy, is highly desirable.
  • Certification in a recognized quality improvement program is an asset.
