Job Description

Villa Madina - Square One seeks a skilled General Manager, Sales to lead our sales team and drive business growth. In this role, you will be responsible for allocating resources, authorizing department establishment, coordinating regional work, establishing objectives, representing the organization, and formulating policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs
  • Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions
  • Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments
  • Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs
  • Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions
  • Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall human resources planning
RequirementsEducation and Experience

We require a candidate with College/CEGEP education and 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. Additionally, we provide a permanent position with 35 hours of work per week and English as the primary work language.
