Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Establish financial and administrative controls to ensure efficient resource allocation.
  • Represent the organization in negotiations and other official functions.
  • Select and appoint middle managers, directors, and other executive staff members.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a senior management or leadership role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
