Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue.
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Establish financial and administrative controls to ensure efficient resource allocation.
- Represent the organization in negotiations and other official functions.
- Select and appoint middle managers, directors, and other executive staff members.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in a senior management or leadership role.
