Estimated Salary Range

We estimate the salary range for this role to be between $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job DescriptionData-Driven Decision Making

In this role, you will work with the Bank's Counterparty Credit Risk (CCR) systems, which cover measurement of Potential Future Exposure (PFE), IMM capital, and xVA pricing. You will collaborate with front-office, model developers, credit risk managers, data governance teams, and technology to build out analytics support and data solutions.

  • Support daily exposure investigations and identify CCR data issues.
  • Streamline priorities and collaborate with data governance teams to drive CCR data issues resolution.
  • Develop and automate control processes to identify data challenges affecting accuracy of CCR measures.
  • Implement analytics dashboards through Power BI to monitor and drilldown investigate CCR measures.
Key Responsibilities

You will assist team members with operational responsibilities, including daily runs of critical risk reports and corresponding analyses, ad-hoc data pulls and analyses, documentation, and other regular reporting.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A solid quantitative background and problem-solving skills.
  • An advanced degree in a finance, economics, or scientific discipline.
  • Proficiency in SQL programming and strong knowledge of database and MS Power BI.
  • Experience with Python and/or other Object-Oriented languages and Unix bash scripting.
  • Knowledge of industry-wide methods for CCR calculations or experience with CCR management.
