The salary range for this role is $76,800 - $115,200 CAD per year.
About the Role:
We're seeking a skilled Data-Driven Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the Marketing Delivery group, you'll be responsible for designing, executing, and measuring high-impact direct-to-consumer marketing experiments.
Your primary goal will be to drive acquisition, retention, and engagement across our portfolio by translating business objectives into insight-rich experiments that deliver strong marketing ROI.
Main Responsibilities:
- Design and execute high-impact direct-to-consumer marketing experiments
- Continuously improve campaign design and delivery using analytical tools and techniques
- Manage project pipelines to ensure timely delivery
- Provide analytical guidance to stakeholders based on deep understanding of businesses
- Maintain risk management and control processes
Skill Sets:
- Familiarity with direct marketing principles (Predictive Models, Experiment Design, A/B testing, etc.)
- Technical and detail-oriented skills
- Knowledge of campaign creation using customer data from internal data warehouses
- Project management mindset
- Able to work effectively in an agile environment
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in direct marketing, analytics, or agency-side roles in financial services
- Experience designing successful direct marketing experiments
- Significant experience with UNICA Campaign and Salesforce Marketing Cloud an asset
- Strong knowledge of Python, Pyspark, SQL, databases, and data structures
