We are seeking a **Customer Support Specialist **to become a part of our team.
- Learn all the necessary information given for work;
- Handle customer inquiries appropriately and provide a high level of service;
- Interact with other departments to resolve issues.
**Qualifications**
- Languages: Ukrainian native; English - Advanced
- Good written communication skills;
- Empathy, stress tolerance, responsibility, and focus on development and results;
- Excellent basic computer skills;
- Ability to work from personal laptop for the first 2 weeks of work during training.
