Job Overview

This role involves participating in financial due diligence engagements related to acquisitions or divestments.

You will analyze business plans and publicly available information on the target business, reviewing historic financial data and evaluating potential synergies.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of relevant experience, a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field, and excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
  • Participate in financial due diligence engagements related to acquisitions or divestments.
  • Analyze business plans and publicly available information on the target business.
  • Review all historic financial data available related to the proposed deal.
  • Evaluate potential synergies and post-merger integration considerations.
  • Report key issues and risks to our clients.
  • Correlate due diligence findings with client valuations and manage expectations of service.

Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field required
  • CPA or comparable accounting/finance designation preferred
  • Experience with a start-up organization and/or a large professional services organization
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • A self-starter who is comfortable working remotely and in an unsupervised environment
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this role is between $80,000 - $120,000, depending on experience. Additionally, you can expect attractive benefits including unlimited paid time off, flexible working arrangements, tuition reimbursement, childcare subsidies, and more.
