Transport Refrigeration Mechanic

We are seeking a skilled Transport Refrigeration Mechanic to join our team at Dentro Carriers Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our refrigerated fleet.
Key Responsibilities- Installation and Maintenance: Install and overhaul heating systems, install equipment in refrigerated trucks used to transport food or medical supplies, and maintain and repair equipment in refrigerated trucks.
- Technical Expertise: Troubleshoot ventilation, air handling, refrigeration, and air conditioning systems, assemble and install refrigeration or air conditioning components, and measure, cut, and connect piping using welding and brazing equipment.
- Regulatory Compliance: Interpret gas codes and handle, recover, and store refrigerants.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with our operations team to ensure the efficient operation of our refrigerated fleet.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a related field.
- Physical Demands: Physically demanding role requiring handling heavy loads, bending, crouching, and kneeling.
- Language: Fluency in English.
