Retail Store Supervisor Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Rocky Mountain Soap Company Inc. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train sales staff to provide exceptional customer service and meet sales targets
- Manage store inventory, including ordering and receiving merchandise
- Authorize returns and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Establish and maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Prepare sales reports and provide insights to management to inform business decisions
Requirements:
- 2+ years of retail management experience
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
