Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Rocky Mountain Soap Company Inc. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and train sales staff to provide exceptional customer service and meet sales targets
- Manage store inventory, including ordering and receiving merchandise
- Authorize returns and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Prepare sales reports and provide insights to management to inform business decisions
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve sales goals and implement visual merchandising strategies
- 2+ years of retail management experience, preferably in a supervisory role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
