We are seeking an experienced Senior Environmental Project Manager to join our team in Whitehorse, Yukon. This role will involve managing projects locally in the Yukon, NWT, and northern B.C., with a mix of office and occasional field work.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of environmental experience, with 2+ years of progressive experience in environmental project planning, coordinating, and project management. They should also possess a PMP designation or be able to acquire it within six months.

This position offers a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set and maintain project schedules and budgets, including financial forecasting.
  • Provide technical expertise for contaminated site investigation and remediation programs.
  • Interpret findings and prepare/review technical reports.
  • Supervise and mentor junior staff involved in field programs.
  • Work collaboratively with Indigenous communities and businesses.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of environmental experience.
  • PMP designation or ability to acquire CAPM certification within six months.
  • Valid Class 5 Full driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Demonstrated technical skills in field activities related to Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments (ESA).
