Job Title: Production Operator- Stators

At NOV Inc., we seek a Production Operator to join our team in Downhole Manufacturing Facility in Nisku, AB. This role involves operating various manual and semi-automatic production equipment, focusing on quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate manual and semi-automatic production equipment.
  • Use precision measuring equipment and document findings.
  • Provide clear verbal and written communications.
  • Operate overhead cranes and forklifts safely and responsibly.
  • Participate in near miss and incident reporting.
  • Adhere to HSEQ policies and procedures.
  • Perform all assigned duties.

Essential Qualifications:
  • High school diploma.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to read and interpret basic drawings and comprehend written instructions.
  • Physically fit to safely lift and move items.
  • Mechanical aptitude and awareness.
  • Strong sense of initiative and creative thinking.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.

HSE Considerations:
  • Able to work in a shop environment with noise, fumes, and standing.
  • Lifting unassisted up to 35 lbs.

Conditional Employment:
This position is classified as safety-sensitive and requires satisfactory completion of a pre-employment physical and drug screen.
