About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team. As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for safely operating mobile cranes to lift, move, and place equipment and materials.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience operating heavy equipment, including mobile cranes. They will also possess a valid Hoisting Licence and a Red Seal Certificate in Mobile Crane Operation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Safely operate mobile cranes to lift, move, and place equipment and materials.
  • Clean and lubricate cranes to ensure optimal performance.
  • Instruct apprentices on safe operating procedures and best practices.
  • Perform routine maintenance work on mobile cranes to ensure they are in good working condition.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Valid Hoisting Licence.
  • Red Seal Certificate in Mobile Crane Operation.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience operating heavy equipment, including mobile cranes.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
