Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Childcare Provider. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing top-notch care and education to children aged 1-3 years old in a safe and nurturing environment.

Responsibilities
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a clean and healthy environment for the children
  • Discipline children according to the methods requested by parents, ensuring a positive and respectful atmosphere
  • Instruct children in personal hygiene and social development, promoting their overall well-being
  • Keep records of daily activities and health information regarding children, maintaining confidentiality and accuracy
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations
  • Organize activities such as games and outings for children, fostering their cognitive and emotional growth
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals, considering dietary restrictions and preferences
  • Supervise and care for children, providing individualized attention and support
  • Take children to and from school and to appointments, ensuring timely and safe transportation
  • Tend to the emotional well-being of children, offering guidance and comfort when needed
Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent experience is required
  • Will train on the job, with opportunities for professional development and growth
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively
  • Patient, honest, and reliable, with a strong commitment to providing exceptional care and service
