Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and caring Residential Childcare Professional to join our private household. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing top-notch childcare services to infants and children, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social well-being.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is estimated at $45,000 per year, based on industry standards and the level of responsibility involved. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off, health insurance, and opportunities for professional development.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional care and supervision to infants and children, including bathing, dressing, feeding, and putting them to bed.
  • Assume full responsibility for household duties, including meal preparation, laundry, and cleaning.
  • Organize engaging activities, such as games and outings, to promote cognitive and motor skill development.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment, adhering to strict hygiene protocols and emergency procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with parents, reporting on daily activities, meals, and any issues that may arise.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Will train candidates are welcome, as we provide thorough orientation and support.
  • Criminal record check required.
Work Environment
