Join First Student Canada as a 310 T Licensed Mechanic and play a critical role in ensuring the safety and reliability of our school bus fleet. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing complex vehicle issues, including brakes, engines, and transmissions. Your expertise will help us maintain our high standards of service and keep our students safe on the road.

Responsibilities:

* Diagnose and repair vehicle issues under minimal supervision
* Perform routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes and tire rotations
* Lead preventative maintenance and safety inspections
* Ensure work orders are completed accurately and on time
* Maintain records of maintenance work completed
* Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals

Requirements:

* 310 T Mechanic license
* Valid driver's license
* Advanced problem-solving ability
* Strong communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
