Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail store team. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining a positive and productive store environment. You will work closely with our District Sales Manager to achieve key performance indicators and contribute to the overall success of our company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the store's hiring strategy, including planning needs, recruitment, and employee development.
  • Lead and execute Selling 101 strategy to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Manage and direct in-store team members to ensure optimal customer service and store operations.
  • Drive overall store product strategy, including supervision and oversight of receiving, processing, merchandising, and exiting through purchase or transfer.
  • Ensure integrity of product held to vendor-specific regulations and lead execution of weekly markdowns and markups as needed.
Requirements
  • A two-year post-secondary education and one-year related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Established ability to produce sales results while minimizing loss.
  • Proven supervisory skills, with capacity to deliver training material and assess retention.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to operate a computer and maneuver relative software programs.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for up to 100% of the work time.
