The Role

We seek a seasoned Cloud Marketing Manager to lead the implementation, monitoring, data input, integration, maintenance, and optimization of Salesforce Marketing Cloud. This is a hands-on position that will manage a small team of Developers in support of ongoing campaigns, systems maintenance, and cross-team initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute projects, collaborating with stakeholders to solicit business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Create email templates, journeys, automations, and scripted processes to bring campaigns to life, leveraging industry-leading tools and platforms.
  • Routine code reviews, maintaining coding styles, standards, and best practices, ensuring high-quality codebases and platform administration.
  • Prioritize competing priorities, communicate clearly and frequently, and create project plans and schedules for team members.
  • Mentor junior developers, staying up-to-date with industry news, changes, and SFMC features to drive innovation.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud development and implementation.
  • College or University degree, post-secondary education/certification in a relevant field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, time management, self-motivation, personal persuasion, and ability to manage volume of work.
  • Strong technical skills, vendor management, finance, budgeting, commercial, contract management, and negotiation experience.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary, approximately $120,000 annually, based on location and experience.
  • A hybrid working model requiring 3 days per week in the Four Seasons Corporate Office located at 1165 Leslie Street, Toronto, Ontario.
