About the Role:

The Manager, Salesforce Marketing Cloud will be the subject matter expert in full-stack development specializing in the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform. This hands-on position will manage a small team of Developers in support of the implementation, monitoring, data input and integration, maintenance, and optimization of Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Holds regular check-ins with team members and stakeholders to plan the backlog, roadmap future projects, and ensure current projects are on track.
  • Collaborates with stakeholders to solicit business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Provides suggestions for new features that bring value to the business.
  • Creates email templates from scratch that work on all supported devices with complex levels of personalization and dynamic rendering.
  • Designs and implements solutions for integrations with external systems.
  • Leads the planning and execution for sunsetting features, migrations, or adopting new technologies/features.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud development and implementation.
  • College or University degree. Post-secondary education/certification in a relevant field.
