Job Description

: As an Autism Consultant with Kinark Child and Family Services, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and their families. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting assessments and developing personalized plans to address the unique needs of each individual
• Providing guidance and support to caregivers and family members on strategies and techniques to promote positive outcomes
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care and services

Required Skills and Qualifications

: To be successful in this role, you will require:

• A Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA)
• Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) and/or Registered Behaviour Analyst (Ontario) registration preferred
• Minimum three years' experience in the field of Applied Behaviour Analysis and ASD
• Strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work within a multi-disciplinary team environment
• Excellent computer and presentation skills
