We are currently seeking a skilled Tax Expert to join our team at Advantage Personnel. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert tax services to our clients, including tax preparation, filing, and advisory services.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Prepare and file individual and small business tax returns accurately and efficiently.
2. Develop and implement effective tax planning strategies to minimize tax liabilities for clients.
3. Provide clear and concise guidance to clients regarding their tax obligations and responsibilities.
4. Conduct thorough reviews of financial documents and records to ensure accuracy and completeness for tax purposes.
5. Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations to maintain expertise in this area.
6. Communicate effectively with clients to resolve any tax-related issues or concerns.
7. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of tax services to clients.
8. Perform additional tax-related tasks as required by the company.

Requirements:
1. Minimum of 1 year of experience in tax preparation or tax advisory services.
2. High school diploma required; post-secondary education in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred.
3. Comprehensive knowledge of federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and tax software applications.
6. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines efficiently.
