Registered Care Aide

We are seeking a skilled Registered Care Aide to join our team at Northern Health Authority. As a key member of our care team, you will provide exceptional care to our residents in a long-term care facility.
Key Responsibilities- Provide resident care in accordance with established policies and procedures
- Perform nursing procedures such as taking temperature, pulse, and respiration
- Assist with activities of daily living, including personal, social, physical, and recreational needs
- Transport residents and perform clerical duties
- Grade 10 plus graduation from a recognized Nursing Assistant Program or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- Registration with the BC Care Aide & Community Health Worker Registry
- Ability to communicate effectively and deal with others in a professional manner
- Physical ability to carry out the duties of the position
