Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at N. F. ENTERPRISES O/A VILLA MADINA. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our fast food restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Inventory Management

Develop and implement menu plans that meet customer demands and optimize profitability. Manage inventory levels to minimize waste and ensure timely restocking.

Staff Supervision and Training

Lead and train a team of 3-4 staff members to provide excellent customer service and maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Financial Management

Prepare and manage budgets, balance cash, and complete financial reports to ensure the restaurant's financial stability.

Marketing and Promotion

Participate in marketing plans and implement strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.

Customer Service

Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, addressing complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a fast food restaurant management role

Language

Fluent in English

Work Hours

30 to 40 hours per week
