Job Title: Retail Sales Manager - Customer Experience Expert

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Sales Manager to join our team at Muhurtham Jewels. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for implementing price and credit policies, developing and implementing marketing strategies, and resolving customer requests and complaints.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement price and credit policies to drive sales and customer satisfaction
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and sales
  • Resolve customer requests and complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Oversee payroll administration and ensure accurate and timely payment
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in retail sales and customer service
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
