Heavy Equipment Operator

We are seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team at Mianco Group Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating heavy equipment in a fast-paced outdoor environment.
Key Responsibilities- Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently
- Read and interpret blueprints, maps, and specifications to determine work requirements
- Clean and maintain equipment, including lubrication and refilling tanks
- Conduct pre-operational checks on equipment
- Communicate effectively with team members using two-way radios and other communication equipment
- Perform minor repairs to equipment as needed
The Heavy Equipment Operator will work outdoors in a dusty environment, with a physically demanding workload.
Requirements- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in heavy equipment operation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Physical stamina to perform demanding tasks
Mianco Group Inc. offers a permanent position with a 35 to 40 hour workweek, working on the road. The language of work is English.
