Job Title: Heavy Equipment Operator

We are seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team at Mianco Group Inc.

Job Summary:

The Heavy Equipment Operator will be responsible for operating heavy equipment in a variety of settings, including outdoors and dusty environments. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of heavy equipment operation and maintenance, as well as excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate heavy equipment, including but not limited to, cranes, excavators, and bulldozers.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, maps, and specifications to determine work requirements.
  • Clean and lubricate equipment, and refill equipment tanks as needed.
  • Conduct pre-operational checks on equipment to ensure safe operation.
  • Operate two-way radios and other communication equipment to communicate with team members.
  • Perform minor repairs to equipment as needed.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in heavy equipment operation.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and physically demanding conditions.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Work Environment:

The Heavy Equipment Operator will work outdoors in a variety of settings, including dusty environments. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment and physically demanding conditions.
