Heavy Equipment Operations Manager

Mianco Group Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Heavy Equipment Operators Supervisor to join our team.
Job Summary:The Heavy Equipment Operators Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the operation of heavy equipment, ensuring the safety of our team members, and maintaining a high level of productivity.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of heavy equipment operators to ensure efficient and safe operation.
- Recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Estimate costs and materials for projects.
- Prepare production and other reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Co-ordinate and schedule activities with other project supervisors or managers.
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed and maintain a safe working environment.
- Establish methods to meet work schedules and deadlines.
- Read blueprints and drawings to understand project requirements.
- Recommend personnel actions and requisition materials and supplies as needed.
- Supervise workers and projects to ensure high-quality results.
- Train or arrange for training to ensure team members have the necessary skills and knowledge.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a supervisory role.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
