Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at Malikkaat Ltd. as a Store Supervisor. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Store Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the store, including managing inventory, maintaining store appearance, and ensuring a safe and secure environment for customers and employees.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Sales and Merchandising: Analyze sales data, identify trends, and develop strategies to increase sales and drive business growth.
- Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales floor staff, providing guidance, training, and feedback to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering merchandise, tracking inventory, and maintaining accurate records.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, providing insights and recommendations to improve sales and business performance.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail management role.
- Skills: Excellent customer service skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in inventory management and sales analysis.
