Job Summary:

The General Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our production team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of production team members
  • Prepare and submit reports on production progress and performance
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
  • Recruit, train, and develop team members to achieve their full potential
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to meet production deadlines
  • Estimate costs and materials required for production
  • Requisition materials and supplies as needed
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a supervisory role
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and company policies
  • Ability to recruit, train, and develop team members
Work Environment:

This role is based in a residential setting with various locations. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.

Language:

The primary language of this role is English, with the ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.Hours of Work:

This role requires 30 to 40 hours of work per week, with flexibility to adapt to changing production demands.
