General Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled General Supervisor to join our team at Your Modern Kitchen Inc.
Job Summary:The General Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our production team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the work of production team members
- Prepare and submit reports on production progress and performance
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Recruit and train new team members
- Coordinate and schedule activities to meet production deadlines
- Estimate costs and materials for production projects
- Requisition materials and supplies as needed
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a supervisory role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Ability to recruit and train new team members
This role is based in a residential setting with various locations. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable with frequent travel.
Language:The primary language of work is English, with the ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.Hours of Work:
This is a permanent position with a regular schedule of 30 to 40 hours per week.
