General Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled General Supervisor to join our team at Your Modern Kitchen Inc.
Job Summary:The General Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our production team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the work of production team members
- Prepare and submit reports on production progress and performance
- Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed
- Coordinate and schedule activities to meet production deadlines
- Recruit and train new team members
- Estimate costs and materials for production projects
- Requisition materials and supplies as needed
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a supervisory role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
This role will be based in a residential setting, with various locations throughout the year. The successful candidate will be required to work a minimum of 30 hours per week, with the possibility of overtime.
