Continuous Improvement Coordinator Intern

About This Role
This position is exclusively open to students in the process of obtaining an academic degree
As a Continuous Improvement Coordinator Intern, you will have the opportunity to become part of the Operational Excellence team
By joining our team, you will be responsible for reforming and improving the CI service offering and consolidating the best practices of the Continuous Improvement team
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support on the coordination and facilitation of workshops involving global teams
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to build and document business processes
- Collaborate in the development of the continuous improvement tools and help drive continuous improvement in the organization
- Build various templates to standardize CI practices
- Support the coordination of the CI Community of Practice across the organization
- Support in the coordination of the data collection, analysis, and performance tracking of indicators related to improvement projects
- Monitor and track project plan progress of the improvement initiatives
- Keep up to date performance indicators KPI

- Proficiency on the Office suite
- Lean Six Sigma knowledge, an asset
- Good communication, organized, curious with good synthesis and analysis skills
- Planning and coordination skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Collaborative and interpersonal skills
- A sense of responsibility and leadership
- Agility, flexibility, and adapt quickly to change
- Oral and written communication skills in French and English
Preferred Education:
- Pursuing bachelor's or master's degree in industrial engineering, Operations Management, or related field with at least 1 bachelor year completed
Location of the internship is Montreal, QC, Canada
Internship will be carried out in hybrid mode
