Continuous Improvement Coordinator Intern

About This Role
This position is exclusively open to students in the process of obtaining an academic degree, with a focus on industrial engineering, operations management, or related fields.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support on the coordination and facilitation of workshops involving global teams.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to build and document business processes.
- Collaborate in the development of continuous improvement tools and drive continuous improvement in the organization.
- Build various templates to standardize CI practices.
- Support the coordination of the CI Community of Practice across the organization.
- Support in the coordination of data collection, analysis, and performance tracking of indicators related to improvement projects.
- Monitor and track project plan progress of the improvement initiatives.
- Keep up-to-date performance indicators KPI.
Requirements
- Proficiency in the Office suite.
- Lean Six Sigma knowledge, an asset.
- Good communication, organized, curious with good synthesis and analysis skills.
- Planning and coordination skills.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Collaborative and interpersonal skills.
- A sense of responsibility and leadership.
- Agility, flexibility, and adapt quickly to change.
- Oral and written communication skills in French and English.
Preferred Education
- Pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in industrial engineering, operations management, or related field with at least 1 bachelor year completed.
