Continuous Improvement Coordinator Intern

About This Role
This position is an exciting opportunity for students to gain hands-on experience in operational excellence and continuous improvement.
As a Continuous Improvement Coordinator Intern, you will be part of the Operational Excellence team and play a key role in improving business processes and services.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing support on the coordination and facilitation of workshops involving global teams.
- Working closely with cross-functional teams to build and document business processes.
- Collaborating in the development of continuous improvement tools and driving improvement in the organization.
- Building various templates to standardize CI practices.
- Supporting the coordination of the CI Community of Practice across the organization.
- Supporting data collection, analysis, and performance tracking of indicators related to improvement projects.
- Monitoring and tracking project plan progress of improvement initiatives.
- Keeping up-to-date performance indicators KPI.

- Oral and written communication skills in French and English.
Preferred Education
- Pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in industrial engineering, operations management, or a related field with at least 1 year completed.
