Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Operations Coordinator to join our team at Alberta Corp.

This is a permanent position with 40 hours of work per week.

About the Role

The Business Operations Coordinator will be responsible for planning and organizing daily operations, scheduling appointments, overseeing employee data analysis, and providing exceptional customer service.

You will also set up and maintain filing systems, type and proofread correspondence, and perform data entry tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and organize daily business operations to ensure efficiency and productivity
  • Schedule appointments and meetings with stakeholders
  • Analyze employee data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Provide outstanding customer service to internal and external clients
  • Develop and maintain manual and computerized filing systems
  • Type and proofread correspondence, reports, and other documents
  • Perform data entry tasks to support business operations
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
